What the service is

HousesVia is a listing platform. It is not a party to any sale or rental transaction, does not act as a broker, and is not responsible for the relationship between advertisers and users.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We moderate to a reasonable standard but cannot guarantee every listing is accurate.

Accounts and verification

Publishing a listing requires email and phone verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Where the law requires it, property listings are checked against the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS). Listings that cannot be verified may not be published.

Listing rules

• Only real properties you are entitled to advertise may be listed.
• One property may not be listed more than once.
• Price, location and attributes must be truthful; sold or rented properties must be updated or removed.
• Only photographs of the property, which you have the right to use, may be uploaded.
• Abusive, discriminatory, misleading or unlawful content is prohibited.

Listing duration and quotas

Listings stay online for the period defined by your plan. We email a reminder before expiry and you can renew from your dashboard in one click. Expired listings no longer appear in search.

The number of active listings and photos per listing depends on your plan.

Moderation and enforcement

Listings that breach these rules may be removed; repeated breaches may lead to account suspension. The reason is emailed to the advertiser.

Any user can flag a listing for moderation with the “Report this listing” link on the listing page.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law; the courts of Alanya have jurisdiction.
